Getting there - IASCL 2017

The main gateway to Lyon for international travelers is Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport. Lyon is connected to Paris (Paris Gare de Lyon) by a 2 hour trip with the TGV (Lyon Part-Dieu or Lyon Perrache railway stations)

From Lyon-Perrache railway station (nearest railway station)

     It will take about 10 minutes.

  • Follow the signs to the T1 tramway station
  • Take the T1 tramway going to "IUT Feyssine" and get off at the first stop: "Quai Claude Bernard"
  • You then just have to walk up the road until number 18. Follow the signs to meet the welcome desk.

From Lyon-Part-Dieu railway station

     It will take about half an hour.

  • Follow the signs to the T1 tramway station
  • Take the T1 tramway going to "Perrache - Montrochet" and get off at the 8th stop: "Quai Claude Bernard"
  • You then just have to walk up the road until number 18. Follow the signs to meet the welcome desk.

From Lyon Saint-Exupéry International Airport

  • RhoneExpress shuttles link the Airport and the Part-Dieu Station. They run every 30 minutes from 5 A.M. to 6 A.M. and from 9 P.M. to midnight (11:30 P.M from Part-Dieu) and every 15 min from 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. The price is 14.70 euros (25.90 euros round trip). You can buy your tickets online. The travel takes about 30 minutes.
